Basic Grooming Services Disclaimer

By booking or using the basic grooming services provided by Woofly Dog Training LLC, you acknowledge and agree that all services are performed at your own risk. While Woofly Dog Training LLC and its staff take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, grooming inherently carries certain risks, including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, minor cuts, or stress.

You agree that Woofly Dog Training LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or damage to your pet that may occur during or after the grooming process.

It is your responsibility to inform Woofly Dog Training LLC of any pre-existing medical conditions, behavioral issues, or sensitivities your pet may have before services are rendered.

By proceeding with grooming services, you fully release and hold harmless Woofly Dog Training LLC from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the grooming services.

If you have any questions or concerns, please address them prior to the start of the grooming service.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Woofly Dog Training LLC, we strive to provide the best training experience for you and your dog. To help us maintain efficient scheduling, please review our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your training appointment.


2. Cancellation Charges:



Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment incur no charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee.

No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.


3. Rescheduling:
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.


4. Emergency Exceptions:
In case of emergencies, please contact us promptly. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.


5. Payment of Fees:
Any applicable cancellation fees must be paid before booking future sessions.
