Policies for services

 In the event you need to reschedule an appointment, I am requiring that you give me a 48 hour notice. This gives me the opportunity to fill your appointment slot.

If you cancel or ask to reschedule an appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will be required to pay for that service up front before I will schedule you again regardless of reason. 

If you cancel more than one appointment, you will then be charged a $50 cancellation fee per appointment that you cancel. The cancellation fee will have to be paid along with the payment for your service before rescheduling. 

If the event that you pay for your lesson up front, then decide to cancel again within 48 hours of your scheduled time, you forfeit that payment and you will be charged an additional $50 cancellation fee. 

If you cancel more than two appointments, services will be suspended until you pay 100% of your service balance & any fees.

For individuals that pay their training program in full, if you cancel an appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee which will have to be paid before rescheduling. 

If you cancel your program all together, you forfeit the required $50 deposit to sign up, you will be charged a $100 refund fee and you will pay for any services provided. If you request a refund, allow 30 days for that refund to be processed.

For individuals that pay their training program in full, if you cancel an appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee which will have to be paid before rescheduling. 

Refunds may be requested for unused dog training sessions (whether virtual or in-person) within 30 days from the purchase date.

For the free evaluation I offer, if you schedule then cancel the evaluation you have to pay a $50 non refundable rescheduling fee.  For these individuals, you will be required to pay for each session up front before I will book the appointment. 

All refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please contact wooflydogtraining@yahoo.com for any questions.
